I ALWAYS SEE COPS AND AMBULANCES OUTSIDE AND PEOPLE FIGHTING. THE MAINTENANCE NEVER COMES WHEN YOU CAL THEM. IVE BEEN ROBBED HERE.ITS NOISY. ITS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE.

EVER TIME IT RAIN MY FURNITUR GET SOAK AND WET

There is a sewage overflow directly in front of my apartment door. I have been in contact with the apartment association of houston, the taa, the city of houston, harris county, 311, the attorney generals office of tx, the property management company and the complex itself... and yet, at least twice a month, the overflow spews out human fecal matter, used condoms, used toilet paper and other waste and offal... and is not corrected for several days. If this doesnt get resolved within the week, the news stations can have fun with it. This is the kind of trash that they seem to post during the dinner hour.

Me and my husband and son have stayed here for a good nine months and if I tell you that this is not even near how i expected to live it is horrible the maintenance comes a month after you've called they get new management every other day which means they have no clue of whats been going on in the apartments so they call people in and say they haven't paid rent when the really have we're currently looking for a new place because we are expecting our second child and don't wanna raise her in this place there are insects flying and crawling all around the place lizarads cockroaches small roaches big roaches anything you name it. its awful this is not the place for you rent is good but living is not!!!

I am now leasing a two bedroom apt. at Greenbriar Park North. I have always paid my rent on time and in return I get nothing! I wake up every morning to at least three stray cats on my patio. The sewage has backed up several times. When you wake up in the morning your apartment is flooded. When you put the trash out you see sewage with fiecies and toilet paper all over the place. My window got broken due to the wind of hurricane Rita I have been calling the office for a month to get this fixed and have gotten excuse after excuse and a lot of broken promises. The last time I called I asked to speak with the head manager she was very unconcerned and had a very bad attitude, when I informed her that I would be calling the health department she said, "Go right ahead, I don't care". She let us know that it was not her problem. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone this is definently the worse place I have ever lived! EVER!
