8153 Lenore St Houston, TX 77017 is the address where service line valve is leaking. This is not a new issue it has been a problem since March of 2021. We have put numerous requests in and multiple city employees have come out and the leak continues on service line that is the responsibility of the COH. I had a master plumber come out and replace some plumbing after the leaking valve but he himself determined this was a COH issue that would require shutting off water at street/block level.// Ple
