: There is black sewage in the ditch behind the homes on the 8200 block of Detroit. On 1/28 there was a leak underground on the gravity near manhole SB025002 which was getting into the storm line at the intersection of Hastings St and Detroit St and discharging into Pine Gully from the storm line located between 8137 and 8141 Detroit. Unsure if this is still ongoing but ditch needs to be cleaned as well as the storm line. They are still holding sewage and creating odor and water quality issues i
