The drainage ditch for this property has been covered with culverts and rocks. There is not an opening grate to allow water to reach the drainage ditch. If everyone does the same thing the water from the street cannot reach the drainage ditches and will cause flooding.
No person who owns, controls, or occupies real property shall use the property for the open storage of any dead tree, refuse, glass, building material, or of any inoperable motor vehicle, boat, refrigerator, stove, or other object of a reasonably similar — Ord: 10-361(d)
