8120 BROCKTON ST - Terry Jones HHD: I am following up on a complaint for 8120 Brockton St., Houston TX 77017. The complaint was for potential wastewater in the ditch. I conducted a Nessler test to assess wastewater levels in the ditch. The Nessler test results greatly exceeded the 3 ppm upper limit of the test, indicating that there is a high presence of wastewater in the ditch.
