I have really liked living here. The office and maintenance are attentive and handle everything timely. Only complaints are the driveway which does not have much space for cars to wait on the curb, and guest parking gets full

En general como residente de High Point Uptown me siento muy satisfecha . Es un lugar muy lindo, agradable y Donde se disfruta de la privacidad y el buen servicio. Las áreas comunes siempre están limpias. El mantenimiento es excelente siempre eficaz y tratando al máximo de hacernos sentir bien a todos los residentes. No dudo en recomendar este sitio para vivir.

my boyfriend and i have only been living her for a month, however we are so glad we decided to move to high point uptown! the staff are all SO sweet and helpful, the apartment building is super safe and clean, and the units are really pretty! the only reason i put 4 stars for noise is because someplace next door is doing some construction and sometimes it can get loud, but there isn’t much anyone can do about that. after only a month, we’re so happy we moved here and recommend it.

I loved everything from the tour to my move in date. Everything went so smoothly. I changed apartment numbers a few times during the application process and Jess assisted me each time with no complaints. Everyone there is patient and understanding and that’s a plus. I would recommend every friend to move here. I love it.

it has been a great experience overall, however, it would be a tremendous help if we can fix the entrance door, and bring the paper cop back to the coffee area. Moreover, a lot of people work from home and it would be a great addition if we can repurpose the second floor of the club house to a study/work station area.
