HighPoint Uptown Apartments - A peaceful and liveable environment - a great place to call home. The management staff and the maintenance crew are professional, approachable, and available to assist with tenants' needs. I would like to extend a special acknowledgement to David Chavez, Allison McGinn, and Andres Obando for the many times they have attended to my needs as a tenant here at HighPoint Uptown Apartments. Much more grace and peace to them!

So far so good. I moved in just before Christmas and the maintenance team was out until after the holidays, but things for the most part were still taken care of. No major complaints at this time, it's still new, but so far so good. Love the unit.

The main advantage of High Point Apartments Uptown is its location and the pleasant surroundings. The management team is generally receptive and willing to listen to residents’ concerns. However, there are several significant drawbacks. The nearest elevator has been out of service for almost four months, and the other nearby elevator does not stop at the basement level where I park my car. The corridor carpets are often dirty and appear to be cleaned only once a year. Additionally, building access doors are frequently broken, as are the community gates. Another ongoing issue is the lack of community consideration from some residents. There are neighbors who regularly play loud music for hours in the very early morning, showing little regard for others living in the community. Despite these ongoing issues, the rent is very high and does not align with what one would expect from a so-called “luxury” community. Furthermore, lease renewal notices are sent 90 days in advance, offering a reduced rent only if the lease is renewed within that 90-day window. If renewed with less than 60 days’ notice, the rent reverts to the “regular” (higher) rate, which feels more like pressure than an incentive.

High Point Uptown has been the best property that I have lived in. The leasing staff is always friendly and very helpful. The maintenance team stays on top of things. I feel safe living here. It is in a convenient location.

I've had a great experience at High Point Uptown. The leadership team is very professional and prompt with answering any questions I have. The staff is very polite and accommodating. There have been several upgrades to the property that I really like. I would highly recommend this property to business professionals and social media influencers.

The staff at Highpoint Uptown are the BEST!! They are professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. However, Elevators CONSISTENTLY breaking down for longer than 6 months really is UNACCEPTABLE..but both elevators breaking down, was disastrous My mother who is handicap with numerous health ailments was visiting from out of the country, is wheelchair bound, had numerous doctor's appts when the 2nd elevator in building 2 broke down!! We had to cancel 4 out of 5 doctor's appts bc of elevator issues. A staff member at highpoint uptown volunteered to manually bring down my mother along with my boyfriend to the garage via stairwell...I need to add that we are on the 5th floor!! If there had been a health emergency with mother, this would have been disastrous for all !!

It’s very close to shopping center and restaurants, it’s good for the young adult or an active seniors, it’s not quite kid friendly here because there’s nowhere for the children to play for real, aside from that, 6 out of 10

My move in experience has been great! Ally has been great! Any questions or concerns I have, she’s on it! I love my apartment, super spacious and price point is great. I also enjoy the location is minutes away from everything! Highly recommend High Point Uptown!
