I am emailing to report the property located at 806 prosper st, Houston Texas 77088 as a nuisance/dilapidated/abandoned property. This property is inhabitable, infested with termites and vermin. It radiates a strong mildew odor from the numerous holes in the roof. This property is not maintained. Weeds/Grass tall.
The abandoned home behind my place of residence is disturbing the quality of life in our neighborhood due to following 3 nuisances: 1. Maintaining premises in a manner that creates an unsanitary condition likely to attract or harbor mosquitoes, rodents, vermin or disease-carrying pests. WE HAVE SEEN RACCOONS, TERMITES, MOSQUITOS in just the past week! 2.Allowing weeds to grow on premises in a neighborhood if such weeds are located within 300 feet of another residence or commercial establishment.
