The residence located 8023 Winthrop in Houston 77075 was issued a Civic Club citation letter for having heavy trash/junk waste out during a tree waste collection month and in excess of 35 days before our scheduled junk waste pick up in October. They have failed to comply with our request to remove trash from curb and the issue is now being reported to you, the city for prompt action.
