WeÆve been experiencing a very, very foul sewer smell in the Heights, at the southwest corner of Watson and Highland. I know that the rental duplex at 802 Highland on the corner experienced plumbing problems during last yearÆs (2021) freeze, and IÆm not sure things were repaired properly. Standing water is visible under the house, and the smell is very noticeable and unpleasant.
