Pool has been shut down for a month. Does not receive adequate maintenance, resulting in a visit from City of Houston.

I have lived here for 4 years now and am ready to renew my lease. Sally, the office manager, really cares about the tenants here. 99% of my maintenance needs are taken care of within 24 hours. Yes, the complex is older, but it is well maintained. I love the fact that it is not gated, but I feel safe here. Because many tenants have been here for much longer than I, we take care of each other. Sally is very protective and lets us know when there are problems. I also love that the property is dog friendly! I have lots of places to way my dog. But don't take my word, the proof is in the pudding! Usually, the place has 0% occupancy.

Recently moved from here....Beware: TERRIBLE INTERNET & CABLE SERVICE AT THIS PROPERTY. Very slow speed and downloading. Wavevision (aka: TV MAX) provides cable at this property and they go up every month on our bill. Property owners signed contact that they can't get out of. ATT told my husband that the phone wiring needs to be replaced due to the age. Property owners put very little money in to updates at this property on interior and exterior.

I would definitely recommend this property. The location is great and the management is fantastic! They are always quick to respond to any maintenance issues. It is just a great place to live!!

Good location for accessing various business locations> downtown, galleria, energy corridor, and the beltway. It is located at the end of Woodway so it is not on the route to anywhere which minimizes random traffic. A park is located nearby which makes it handy for the walking track or walking pets.
