Made customer contact with homeowner Mrs. Ramos. Service line clear. Main line clear. Customer complain of a leak in the alley way. Where the water was I dug up the area and found a buried water meter and it appear to be where the leak coming from. Refer to a water inspector. Arrival 3:30-4:00
