There is NO covered parking: not even a tree or shrub anywhere.<br><br>Crime rate is high, here. The police will not help you.<br><br>Walls have lead paint.<br><br>Appliances/toilet, etc. break down frequently. On the other hand, on site maintenance is good. It's just that you have to keep calling them.

My years of residing @ Woodcreek on the Bayou have been very peaceful & maintenance service I have received have excellent, the management staff is very professionals, the cha-chas are respectful.

This place is the worst place you would EVER want to live. I don't know why FEMA sent us there. They have roaches, Gnats, drug dealers and crack-heads all around. They swimming pool is always dirty. And it's always out of order. Everyday someone is breaking into someone house and when problems arise they office personnel act really dumb-founded when getting the situation solved. I really don't have a choice but when FEMA give me my money I'm running up outta this dump. FEMA should of been ashame to put us in this hole in the wall. Nothing works, and there is always plenty of excuses. Even if you try to keep to yourself there is always something wrong: Car getting stolen, Someone being murdered next door{Really}, Your children being beaten up by gang-bangers, not to mention rape. So think twice when coming here, Yeah there is a watchman, but he don't do nothing but just watch. Yes, the police may be at the corner{Gas station}, but they are plotting on who they are gonna plant drugs on, Oh Yes, the Fire station is down the street, but EVERYNIGHT it's always running.

worst place i have ever stayed. stayed so long because it was dirty cheap. the prostitutes, lack of security, the drug dealers making house calls, lots of people hanging around and dont get me started on the maintenance and office personnel

This place is a nightmare to stay, none of the staff is willing to help, I have only stayed this long because i'm so desperate and don't have enough money to pay for better apts. It is just a pain to get any help, they can't even help give out your rental history when you want to move.

I have been out of heat and air for two months and no one is doing nothing about this situation. i'll be getting in touch with F.E.M.A., because my lease will be broken if I don't get any kind of assistance. I'ii give you a two (2) day notices.

There is no security at all but one guy walking around with a fake uniform and tape on the back.thats the security guard. the manager is very rude and annoying. she has called the cops on me about three times blaming me for stuff i didnt do. watch ur kids because thats who she targets.she has kicked out three families i know so far because she blamed them for stuff they didnt do. i am moving at the end of this month and please dont leave there. my house has been broken into twice already and my furniture and tv, radio and money went missing. and u have to understand they stink and prostitutes running around the apartment. if u are to move here watch ur kids all the time. u never know.

The apt complex is truly in the ------. Single women should not live here. There is a firestation down the street, and you are on their express lane, so light sleepers, GOOD LUCK. My neighbors were not very noise considerate. The gate security is a hassle and a joke, as the locks are often broken/in disrepair. Pay VERY careful attention when you inspect your apt, anything you don´t report when you move in, they WILL bill you for when you move out. Also make sure you turn in your keys to a live person if and when you do move out, my gate card magically disappeared. <br> <br>If your foreign, they will charge you 6 months rent up front, so be prepared. <br> <br>Don´t expect to be using the pool, looks nice, but kept pretty poorly. Kids run amonk all day.
