Water Leak
Previous case 2200694974 states private leak but citizen called a plumber and they found that it is on the city side. Citizen also states the city moved the meter in August and caused that issue.

Water meter was just replaced and caller noticed a water leak after. He was advised by CAS to report leak to 3-1-1. Caller stated that he shut the water off to the meter, and he was advised to leave it on.
