Since my time living there, multiple companies have bought and sold the apartment complex which led to confusions, mix ups with rents, and just inadequate help with problems. My complaint is with the office and their unprofessionalism. We moved out because of a bed bug infestation (which didn't occur until new neighbors moved in downstairs) and after we moved out the office said everything was good. Now they are saying we owe them over $1,000 while they still kept our deposit. How can they charge after saying everything was good then and without giving us a itemized list of the damages? These people are CROOKS please do not live there, DON'T even consider it.

I was a tenant at Carrington Court a couple of years ago and had to leave because of my own personal problems. I loved living there. The apartments are huge and spacious with plenty of storage. If you want space, look no further. The only unsightly problems are the laundry rooms. They got broken into all the time and the machines always had something wrong with them. The new key card system worked well so the machines were no longer holding cash for the thieves.

I have read both the negative and positive reviews. I do understand and respect that everyone have their opinions and their experiences; however I must say that I toured the property in preparation for relocation and truly enjoyed what I saw (the grounds, amenities, apartment interiors) and, more so the experience I had with the managerial staff. The courteousness and professionalism were superb. To be honest, I was so impressed I did not bother to look any further for a home - I will be relocating to Carrington Court very shortly and am excited, to say the least. Oh, did I say the location is a MAJOR plus?

Motorcycle was stolen there and my car was broken into two times. Vending machines were always being vandalized. I live there in 2006-2007. There was mold on my ceiling and they refused to fix it. After one month of complaining, I contacted the health department and then they fixed it. I was driven out of my home for 5 days because of the fumes form a chemical they used in the apartment below me. The water and trash bill is pro-rated and paid with the monthly rent which is nice, except they screwed me when I moved out. I moved out and needed to pay the electric bill. I contacted the apartment complex several (about 5 or 6) times and left my phone number to resolve the issue (same phone number from when I lived there) and they never contacted me back. They sent the electric bill to a collections agency and then added two months of water and two months of trash also. All I owed was the electric bill. The monthly water bill was $30 but the collection agency wants a total of $140 for the two months even though I already paid the water with the rent.

I lived her for 1.5 year. Its very roomy and the price is good. However it is open access and any one can get in and out virtually unnoticed. managers have changed more than 4 times this year. Maintenance is very bad because you have to call several times for them to fix something after a week or tow. My cousins live there and the got robbed twice and my roomate had his car broken into. I see people driving through who are not suppose to be there. They do not take care of the land scaping.I do not feel safe at all there.
