[Message Came from Outside the City of Houston Mail System]311,At the very North end of the Carrington Court Apt complex (7900 Westheimer road) there is open sewage leaking from under the apt complex parking lot. The sewage is leaking very close to the storm drain system on Harris County Flood Control property/easement ( that runs from Westheimer) It is very likely that this raw sewage is leaking into storm drainage that runs to the Buffalo Bayou.
