After leaving a Google review, this shortly happened right after.. SOMEONE WHO'S AUTHORIZED BY WINDSOR PARK APARTMENTS MANAGEMENT TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES TO GATHER AND TAKE THE THINGS OFF OF MY BALCONY (ALONG WITH THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS THAT WAS LEFT OUTSIDE NEXT DOOR) WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! NO ONE KNOCKED ON MY DOOR TO INFORM ME. THEY BASICALLY DISREGARDED THEIR OWN 24-HOUR POLICY. BECAUSE THE PAPER CLEARLY STATED I HAD 24 HOURS TO CLEAN IT UP OTHERWISE I WAS GOING TO BE FINE $100. THEREFORE WHERE ARE MY BELONGINGS WINDSOR PARK APARTMENTS?? Y'ALL ARE THIEVES ON A WHOLE ANOTHER LEVEL!! AND YOU WILL NEVER PROSPER!! BOTH VIDEOS WILL BE FULLY UPLOADED ON ALL DIGITAL PLATFORMS FOR YOU TO SEE IN REAL LIFE HOW THEY TREAT THEIR TENANTS. WHY WOULD YOU TAKE MY BELONGINGS? WHY WOULD YOU STEAL MY THINGS WHILE I'M STILL CONTRACTED TO LIVE HERE?? WHY GET INTO YOUR PERSONAL FEELINGS ABOUT A PROFESSIONAL MATTER?? AND THEN WHY HAVE SOMEBODY PEW PEW AROUND HERE NUMEROUS OF TIMES WHEN THERE OUR LITTLE CHILDREN WHO LIVES HERE?? LIKE ALL OF THIS WEIRD STUFF STARTED HAPPENING ALL OF A SUDDEN AND I DON'T BELIEVE IN COINCIDENCES. MY PEACE OF MIND AND A PIECE OF MY SANITY IS NOW FOREVER ALTERED BY THEIR DISTURBING ACTIONS. TO GO UP ON MY LIVING QUARTERS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHILE ME AND MY LEGALLY DISABLED TODDLER ARE INSIDE OUR HOME AND TAKE MY BELONGINGS HAS TRULY DISTURBED ME EMOTIONALLY AND CAUSED ME NOTHING BUT PAIN AND SUFFERING. BECAUSE HOW CAN I FEEL SAFE WHEN YOUR OWN LEASING OFFICE ARE AUTHORIZING DEPLORABLE TACTICS. WHAT IF THE SITUATION ENDED DIFFERENTLY?? MY CPTSD AND ANXIETY HAS NOW BEEN TRIGGERED. I absolutely hate this apartment complex. The apartments are falling apart like you wouldn't believe. There is never any parking. The maintainence men never fix ANYTHING, and if on the rare occassion you actually get them to do there job, it is a piss poor job. They never buy new parts for repairs, they just use old salvage parts from other apartments to make things work. PLUS not a single maintainence man speaks english, and just looks at you stupid when you are trying to explain something to them! If you request a maintainence repair to be done from the office, and they say that the maintainence man will be there between 8am and 12pm, you might as well cancel your entire days plans and wait at home because they never ever come when they say they will. The maintainence men come in your apartment when no one is home and they dont even give you a notice like they are supposed to. They dont even call, they wont tell you unless you notice something different about your apartment and call the office to ask if someone was in there. I ABSOLUTLY HATE THESE APARTMENTS!!! I HATE LIVING HERE AND I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP BECAUSE MY FAMILY IS OUTTA HERE!! DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!! **THEY ARE ALSO VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ANYONE WHO IS NOT OF THE -------- OR LATINO ETHNITICTY** ***NO OFFENSE INTENDED, JUST BEING HONEST WITH YOU ALL!*** IF YOU ARE ANY OTHER RACE YOU WILL BE IGNORED, DISRESPECTED, AND PUT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE LIST FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING!!*** PLUS YOUR RENT WILL BE HIGHER THAN SOMEONE ELSES, IF YOU ARE WHITE AND NOT ---------LATINO. I KNOW THIS FOR A FACT BECAUSE MY NEIGHBOR WHO LIVES RIGHT NEXT TO ME ONLY PAYS $400.00 A MONTH FOR THE EXACT SAME APARTMENT LAYOUT THAT I PAY $460.OO A MONTH FOR!! ~FACT~ There is a parking lot in the back that is gated in and is supposed to be for tenates ONLY, but people who do not live here break the gate daily and by the time you get home from work, there is no where to park, so either you park on the street on the side of the apartments or on the street in front of the apartments. Just recently, they tried to do something about it, so the issued 1 parking permit to each apartment which is only good for ONE CAR. If you have more than one car, you will have to pay $50.00 for each additional parking permit needed. I have heard some people say that it is a one time fee of $50.00 and then I have heard some say that it is $50.00 a month for each additional parking permit needed. I am not sure which one it is, but it is still outrageous!! Most families have two cars (or more), one for each adult/parent in the home...but dont you dare park your car back there without a parking permit because by the time you wake up to go to work...YOUR CAR IS GONE!! THEY TOW IT!! Which in a sence makes sence because they are trying to limit unauthorized parking, but you should at least offer two free parking permits to each apartment family. That way they dont have to park on the street where it is not uncommon to have your car side swipped by idiot drivers, which the apartment complex refuses to hold any liability. How do I know? Because I have had it happen to my car! TWICE!!! No joke!! The list can go on and on, but who wants to read a book length review??!! No one, so please...just take my word for it that you do NOT want to live here, this is not a home and it will do nothing but make your life miserable!! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THESE APARTMENTS TO ANYONE!! (ONE MORE THING..you are not supposed to have pets here of any sort. But when I first moved in here back in 08 the apartments where owned by someone else..and they required a $300.00 pet deposit, which was fine. So I paid it, and moved in with my cat. Well, the apartments were sold to a new owner who changed it to NO PETS WHATSOEVER!! One day, they were making their rounds and seen my cat out on my patio, they came up banging on my door like the police and literally started yelling at me about the no pet policy, and told me that I had 3 days to get rid of my cat, or I would be evicted... I than told them that when I moved in I paid a pet deposit of $300.00 and that I am not getting rid of my cat! And if you are going to make me, I want my $300.00 back and will be moving out by the end of "that" month! They said let me talk to the owner, the very next day they said, that I was allowed to keep one..and only one!! So I agreed and that was that. But then about 2 months later I had requested for them to replace my carpet (because I have lived here for almost 6 years and it was ratty and needed changed) they told me that the only way they will change my carpet is if I get rid of my cat...WTF? SERIOUSLY!? I knew a elderly african american lady who moved in below me alone, who had one tiny chiuahaha to keep her company. When they found out that she had the dog, the evicted her with no other altimatum...but now I see quite a few --------/latino families with dogs and the apartment owners know about them, but they are not getting evicted!! Why and How is that fair? I dont get it...but whatever!! Save yourself the migrain and move somewhere else!!

I have lived here for over 5 years. When I first moved here, it was great! Approximately one year later my apartment was broken into. I told the complex supervisor and he told me he would relocate me to another apartment in this complex. After my family moved they charged me a 100 dollar relocation fee. Then a little later a car of mine was stolen right from the back parking lot. Every time I renew my lease they add an extra 20 dollars onto my rent. I went from paying 395 to paying 460. The maintenance men here are complete idiots!! They never do what they say they will, nor do they use good repair methods! You have to bug the heck out of them to get them to do their job. The parking lot has a card access gate, but it doesn't matter, the tents and their friends always break it so there is never any parking. There is about 30 stray cats living here, and they refuse to do anything about it. I hate it here and can not wait till my lease is up because me and my family are outta here!!!!! I do not recommend that you move here. Ya the rent is cheap...but remember, you pay for what you get!! I also don't recommend you move into this complex unless you are of -------- or Latino ethnicity. The apartment complex is ran by them and they are as racist as they come.

I am a current resident living now for 4 years. Angelica is the Manager at this apartments, She has NO proffesionalism watsoever! She is NOT even Authorized To Work in THIS COUNTRY!!! She is very conceited, EXTREMELY RUDE, preferneces for people and so on. This woman acts real noce with you. Once you live in this apartments, youll hate her attitude and the way shell look at you because she can even give ya a " Good Morning.". The owner is A Shady --- M/ F who, in the morning, puts a sign up saying " do not disturb" in the office. Then starts his ritual. Ive heard various testimonies, including a relative of mine who lived here, that he comes in spirit and rapes you. Come RENT HERE AND GET RAPED LIVE IN YOUR SLEEP. no, really, try it if you dont believe. Angelica steals money from the Indian owner all the time and says its for the owner. This woman slept with the owner and maintainance... Wonder why she has that Pt Cruiser. My experience was horrible. This woman named BLANCA alvarado keeps keeping people away from the front side apartments. Shes lived here for over 15 years, and tells EVERYTHING TO angelica, and if you got a man, tell him to stay away from this crazy cat woman, because she messes with the maintainance and with the clients here, she goes all over the apartments trying to know everyones lives. She loves to tell people to park wherever they want to male you mad. My family and my pther relatives had to constantly fight about parking because she fed the other people lies to make you mad. ANGELICA stole 250 dollars of deposit for a studio whn i told her i needed another apartment, because in my apartment, there were serpents, ------- bed bugs... Where the hell is INSPECTION!? And all she did was send sneaky maintainance who are not authorized to work in the states and are always stealing peoples stuff, they "fumigated" WITHOUT my permission, at the time i was pregnant and have serious allergies. I had to go sleep in the car, pregnant, in winter. Her excuse? " i wont put you in my system if you decline".... Seriously?? System??? Dumb ------ ( no wonder her girls are -------) she GOT NO COMPUTER IN HER DESK! After renewing a contract, she asked for more money for rent, and NEVER SENT MAINTAINANCE TO CLEAN THIS PLACE! Dont Believe me??? COME IN WINDSOR PARK AND RENT, TO GET RIPPED OFF BY ANGELICA THE MANAGER WHO SPEAK ------ ENGLISH AND DONT KNOW A THING ABOUT BEING A MANAGER! ya git what you pay for. Angelica takes your fridge away and expects you to pay more. Also, the carpet ive had hasnt been changed for.. eww, since i moved here.. 4 years now. Where is the city to see the InJustice ANGELICA AND THE INDIAN OWNERS ARE CAUSING???? WHERE IS THE PEOPLE WHO CARE SO MUCH ABOUT OUR HEALTH??? FOR GODS SAKES, THIS IS A FRIGGIN ZOO WITH CATS ALL OVER THE APARTMENT COMPLEX, YOU INDIAN -------! P.S. and why does BLANCA ALVARADO, the on with a broken window, who sleeps with cats dont get charged for having pets??? Why ANGELICA??? YOU GOT SOME SERIOUS PREFERENCES PUTA!

Windsor Park apartments were not so bad when my family and I lived there back in 2004, we lived there for about 15 years. Physically apartments are not that great, but I can say that we didn't have much problems when we did live there.

This aprtment complex will evict you for no reason. you sit and wonder why am I getting evicted I haven't done a thing just puzzled just trying to figure it out. They have ten and twelve people living in one apartment but they have the nerve to say you have too many people in and out of your apartment, when the people coming out of my apartment are my kids and in-laws coming to visit. If you go to court and too much traffic is mentioned first thing come to the judge mind is something illegal. They don't try and take the time to find out whats going on. My neighbor say to many people up and down the stairs so I'm evicted and he knows thats my family, but because he's a friend of the managers I had no say in the matter. No warning no nothing. Never bothered a sole always kept to myself. First couple of days he was there always complaining. Walk up the stairs thats to much noise, stand outside u making too much noise,walking in ur apartment I'm walking to hard. I was in a no win situation.

this people only want your money nothing else ..if you ever come to live right here .. keep it in mind about your properties ,,

first let me say i wouldnt wish this place on my worst enemy! A definite lesson learned is YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR... There is so many place to begin first: the population is primarily illegal immigrants mainly ---------. they barely speak english, and stick to their own! dont be from another race because they wont look out for you. Second: the manager Anjelica is as dumb as rocks, she barely speaks english and acts likes she doesnt know what your saying. You nearly have to threaten them to even get anything repaired which is a run around in itself! Third: even though this place is a complex it is owned by some shady indian lady named mira who is really greedy, and they will do anything to get your money... WHAT EVER YOU DO KEEP COPIES OF EVERYTHING, from your rent stub to your lease, these people will develop sudden amnesia when it comes to legalities. overall, just dont live there!
