From the CM office: "CM Huffman spoke with a resident who recently reported a sewage leak to 311. He told the CM that sewage was spewing up through a storm drain near the intersection of Addicks-Howell and Memorial Drive. When I looked on 311 I did not see any reports of a sewage leak at this location."
