This building has been in poor condition for some time, however the second story recently collapsed into the garage, causing major damage to the garage, which now also appears to be in danger of collapse. In addition, the two story brick wall which overlooks the sidewalk now appears to be bowing out. I've opened a ticket on this property before, but no remediation appears to have been done. -----SCF address: 7849 Creekbend Dr, Houston, TX 77071, USASCF source: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/8349

The property at 7849 Creekbend, owned by Richard Pfirman, is unsafe. The second story wall over the garage is in danger of imminent collapse, and the building is not secured against pests, vandals, or squatters. The inside of the structure appears to be gutted and does not appear safe. -----SCF address: 7849 Creekbend Dr, Houston, TX 77071, USASCF source: https://seeclickfix.com/issues/6959636 (via android)
