This Community is beautiful. The staff are great. Rules are in place to keep the place immaculate and I love that. What you receive for your money is incredible value for money compared to many other communities (I visited 4 others in the neighborhood) that are generally same price range, but much older communicties and less bells/whistles!

Very quiet and nice, the apartments are big and beautiful, the community seems nice, there is a park near the apartments that makes everything very green and calm. The parking is also very big, there is security 24/7

It is a good experience so far. I've only been here for a few days so I can't really say too much but so far I don't have any complaints other than I wish they cleaned the unit and made sure it was more ready before move in

I just moved in to Parkside at Memorial 3 days ago. Everything is going great so far. I had worked with Jennifer throughout the process and she was also the one who provided me with several quotes in the units/floor plans I am interested in. I'll try to break down the Pros and Cons that I have considered for my moving decision so far. Pros: - The property is well kept and clean. Property was built in 2015 one year younger than the previous apartment I had, but it still looks and feels brand new. - Jennifer and Kelcie were very accommodating with my questions and were also patient. - They have a dog wash station. A big plus for dog owners! - My move in experience was great, Jennifer did not just hand the keys over, she walked with me to the unit and took time to get me situated with reminders and tips. - Amenities are great, spacious gym, business center, lounge and demo room. - 2 pools - choice of townhouses and apartments - suits active lifestyle or those who want to start adapting to this lifestyle. The Terry Hershey Park is literally just across the property. - so far a quiet community - lots of greeneries - Parcel Pending lockers with Freezer lockers (for food delivery) - District 7 restaurant is a stone's throw! - assigned parking - two color schemes going for the apartment - hallways are clean and neat and smelling good - 2 pools Cons - a little far from your typical stores - not much going around the area aside from the park, might have to drive a bit to get to the hustle and bustle of Houston (not a Con for me, but based on personal preferences) - close to Addicks Reservoir, so there are risks involved. Do your homework with the location. - Prices can get a little bit steep on the rent, so if you are planning to move here check rates often. - you get one set of key upon moving in. IMO 2 is preferred. - apartment unit strives to get a modern touch. I'd say it's in between. - the bedroom can be a little small - pool have limited hours unlike other properties (not a con for me though) I'll update this feedback in the future if I have to add/omit thing, but so far I'm loving everything!

Just moved in a week ago, so far so good, Jennifer at the leasing office is the best, she is always very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I will be posting more reviews over time.

We loved the apartment complex, everything went smoothly. Our leasing agent Jennifer was very helpful with everything and did everything possible for us to move as soon as possible. We love it here and so does our pet.

So far this has been the best apartment leasing experience of my life. When some minor maintenance needs have come up, the staff have all been very helpful, friendly, and quick to reply/take action. The amenities and services are great. It is very clean, quiet, and safe. There is quick access to so much shopping, food, highways, etc. Overall, it is a good value.

Parkside at Memorial is located in the energy corridor close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and parks with easy access to I-10 and the beltway. The community is clean and very quiet. And the leasing staff is the best! Both Avery and Kelcie were always available to answer questions or help when needed.

It was a great experience to have the ability to talk to someone who was knowledgeable about the move in process. It was nice for a new mover. As I got settled in, the amenities were very nice and allowed us to experience everything.

Simple and to the point, if you are looking for an apt...................enjoy...........glad I was able to rent here..............?????????????????????????????????????????
