I live in Market Square Tower, at 777 Preston, in Houston, a high-rise building, which falls under the city's non-smoking ordinance. This is a high rise building, which falls under the enclosed spaces category where the City has prohibited smoking. I live on the 41st floor. Routinely (several timed a week) I come home to hallways filled with cigarette and pot odors. It comes through the vents.
