Would like to see the property kept up in better condition kids hanging too close to the streets and running around when cars are coming in and out. I really like the apartment complex just not kept up the way it should be bird poop all over the neighbors doors they are not cleaning areas. Pressure washing would help solve the problems.

From the time me and my wife walked in we felt love and real warmth. Very clean and organized office space. Extremely kind and informative. The manager Melissa has an awesome staff. They are always looking to help and willing to go the extra mile. Not to mention the beautiful spacious apartments are completely immaculate. I really almost feel like a celebrity lol. I highly recommend their services. Two thumbs way up!!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work.

They have had me and my family out of a washer going on for a whole month now . These apartments FAIL every time to be on top of their maintenance orders . Just ONE worker was way less educated on why the washer broke than me learning the little I learned in 5 minutes on google . Completely unprofessional and definitely not getting my moneys worth living there . They leave conversations with “ I’ll call you back “ and never do . Or simply NOT answering calls AT ALL . As a resident going on three years , choosing these apartments as my home was the worst mistake I ever made .

New Manager Paul sucks, but everyone else is great. The new maintenance guy Mike has his crew doing great and keeping place cleaned up. Mike also come to do a work order and treated us like human beings and not cash cows like most other apt staff does. We just renewed based on our maintenance experience. The parking is horrible if you get home late. Other then that we enjoy it here and plan on staying for awhile.

Staff is extremely friendly. They are always on time with any service requests and are excellent at it. Apartment complex is kept very clean by employees and residents.

Went to sign lease and they seem pretty disorganized. Also the model is MUCH MUCH nicer than the apartments. The appliances are not well kept and are aging. Hope the location offsets my initial disappointment. Moved in to mold. Please note you get gift cards for positive reviews so don't be fooled this seems to be a high price slum Lord area. The manager said he walked my apartment and that there was not mold and quickly backtracked when I called him out on it.

I will miss this complex. I have been here for 13 months, and I must say, the management here has become more than just simple leasing office employees, they have become very close friends of mine who truly care about their tenets. The maintenance staff are super awesome very responsive, never an issue getting ahold of management. All issues are usually taken care of within the same day or within 24 hours. Daniel was the one who helped me with my lease and has been nothing less than wonderful with taking care of all my needs. Sandra will make sure there are no issues regarding your contract. Selena is usually there mostly everyday of the week, so you NEVER walk up to the office with a "away" sign in your face. Even when I broke my foot they helped bring my packages to my unit, (truly going above and beyond.) nice quite community. great for family and kids, especially dog lovers (I have two Siberian Huskies). Very close to many restaurants, gyms, department stores, etc. Great location if you are in this area for work. Regardless of 290 being a hassle its a good area. (290 isn't the establishments fault its just the general area) If you are looking around this area for spacious, excellent amenities, great community, and spectacular customer service, please do stop by, and give this complex a go. I certainly will guarantee you will like what you see. Only downside is I'm moving away because of work, bright side is my unit is available, for now! Happy searching. I lived in this complex for 7 years. Let me tell you the size of the units are great. They were a lot better when they were called wynhaven. New management came & things went for the worst. The manager whose name I won't say but I'll call him D. He's very rude and condescending. I accidentally got a neighbors rent in my mail box and learned they were paying almost 300$ less than me!! Mind you we have the same 3 bedroom unit. The manager shows favoritism towards Mexican people allowing them to pay a lot less than minorities. The parking is bad if you don't get home at a certain hour. Overall I had to move because "D" doesn't care for residents who've lived there for years & favors a certain kind. People can be noisy the walls are super thin. The pet policy is ridiculous allowing vicious breeds. I would always step out my apartment in fear because of a vicious dog across the hall from me. Overall find somewhere else to stay

Estates at Hollister is a great place to live. The district is awesome and the schools are exceptional. Maintenance is always available in a timely manner and the communication of both the front office staff and maintenance is one of a kind. The only negative I would have to share is the parking. Parking is a nightmare unless you have reserved parking, which is an option.

I love living here, and it's been almost two years. Management is great, as well as everyone I deal with in the leasing office. Only downfall is parking being a nightmare in the evenings (after 6:00PM, you will not find a parking space if you live close to the front gates. You'll park way back, close to the gym). The size of the apartments is phenomenal as well. A lot of space. Neighborhood is good too.
