Water leak has occurred for more than a month now from a neighbor's house. Water gushes from the leak continuously, and I noticed this leak has weakened the water pressure in my section of the neighborhood.
2 front tops (blue)on street/yard that are smelling terrible. Yard guy noticed, says it gave him a headache. 1 month since owner noticed smell.
