Property owner of 7718 De Moss Dr, Houston, TX fails to provide proper and timely maintenance to pool resulting in high concentration of mosquitos in the area. The pool is filled with old water and left uncleaned for months. Hard to enjoy our backyard due to the high level of mosquitos and skin irritation.
