The citizen is requesting for the City to contact the property owner at 7704 Sealey to inform them of their responsibility to keep the culverts and ditches free of debris and weeds. Per the citizen, the ditches need to be mowed and there is plywood in the ditches blocking water from flowing through the culverts. According to the citizen, this problem is on both sides of Sealey Street.
