311 email request Recently, someone has dumped some dead limbs and some bagged clothes at the location, and we are unable to continue using the location. I was wondering if it would be an issue to have a truck drive by and dispose of this abandoned waste. It's not much.. typically we keep the area debris free ourselves, but I don't own a truck to haul off the dead limbs.

Shrubs at street are so overgrown that they block the sidewalk; pedestrians have to walk in street or along edge of curb to pass by.
