On September 17, 2022, at approximately 4:47 pm the TCEQ ER team received a complaint regarding a foul odor inside their apartment. The complainant stated that their apartment complex hired a third party to treat for mold, however the third party sprayed an unknown chemical that has stayed inside the apartment longer than it was intended. The complainant stated that this chemical is irritating and causing them to not be able to stay inside the apartment.
