My inspection at 7654 Glen Manor, I found the city cleanout was holding. Will you create a WO to investigate this issue further? I have included a picture of my findings. Please refer to CO0042931 for findings.Upon inspection today, resident's cleanout near the fence was slightly holding but the inlet and outlet were visible.
