311 email request This is a commercial property on 7635 Ley Rd. We turned off the valve in the water meter in June 2020 because of high water bills and reported it to COH, but the case was closed. We recently turned the valve in the water meter back on last Friday. After checking the water meter on Monday, Dec. 14th, the meter jumped up about 1,500 gallons above what it was last Friday. Please advise.

We're not using the water but the meter reading increases alot each month. Last month was 62000 and today it's 65000+. Can we have a Public Works technician in the Water Dept. check the situation out. Thank you.
