The house itself is overwhelmed with rodents and other pests that are overflowing to the neighboring homes, due to all the mess they have at the property. Would like someone to stop by and speak to the incumbents or the owner of the home, to make needed improvements. The house has become a hazardous environment and safety issue for the neighbors around
