THE MANAGER AND MAINTANCE AIN'T WORTH NOTHING JUST LIKE THE CRAPPY WALLS OF THE APARTMENTS I STAYED IN THREE DIFFRENT APARMENTS ALL OF THEM HAD MOLD I HAD TWO BABIES WHILE LIVING THERE .I GOT ROBBED A COUPLE OF TIMES ALOT OF PEOPLE DOING DRUGS THERE DRINKING . PROSTITUTES IN THE CORNER STORES BUT FOR OUR CHILDREN TO BE SEEIN.. THEY STILL HAD WATER ISSUES LIKE THIS GUY UNDER ME SAID...THE GATES ALWAYS OPEN YOU COME LATE FROM WORK N YOU HAVE NO PARKING. ..VISITORS PARK IN THE TEDENTS PARKING SOMETIME YOU HAVE TO PARK IN FRONT OF TRASH...IF YOU HAVE NO PAPERS THIS IS THE PLACE WHERE YOU WANNA BE JUST SAYING. All i just said was reported to them and all they said that it never happen to anybody but me when I use to go out side n talk to neighbors seeing them upset standing next to their car or truck with broken windows not just one a couple

hi apartment seekers i just want to let you know before making the same mistake i did.i am still residing at the current adress ive been here sinces march of 2010 and since ive lived here let me say every month we have water issues the water gets turned off all day every time from like 10am till the next day they dont give you a notice of the water being turned off or even aware you of the situation and also note that this issues happens every month! also i have a rodent problem and i reported it and the told me all "we can do is despose of the rodent when u catch it good luck" these apartment are truly getto and the leasing manger in the office is kin to owner so good luck putting a complaint in it goes in one ear and out the other im in a year lease and i would not wish these issues on any one i have a todler in the house and stil they dnot care.. that these issues effect us. also form other tendent whom have resided @ this adress longer then me say this is their way of saving money cause the apartment complex pays for the water...so the turn it off once a month for a whole day to save money so they wont have to up the rent!!! Be aware!!!!! i only pay 500$ for rent for a one bedroom and 25$ for water to the apartment complex!YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET its not worh it and to top it off they refuse to let me buy out my lease! so im kid've stuk here.. sucks for me!dont get traped! also about the parking lot there is never spaces to park and the gated fince that is sopoused to only let residence in dosnt ever work its always left wide open for street walkers and thefts to come and brake into your car. and brak ins dont even get me started....ps check out the image of the rat hole i have that they didnt even cover up when i reported it they just stuffed it with paper!!!!!Getto!!!

Property was taken over by local owners/management. Made a lot of changes and improvements. Management and maintenance staff work hard and long hours to take care of my needs.

Well they are run down by appearance and right now I don't think their worth $538 a mth. Yet what made me rent was shear circumstance and convenience to my job and budget. But saying they were under new management helped. The new Property manager personell are friendly, and more involved w/ their tenants; (It seems)! And my first day moving in, I called to get the shower knob replaced and that same day a new one was installed. They've already put out new lumber to facelift the building, and she assured me that the apartments are going to have a turn around. So like I said, Idunno. It seems like alot of the apartments are boarded up. Like I said, Me and my co worker took a walk around the building and joked about one of the apartments being a crime scene with them being all boarded up, rounded the corner and you could see that one of them had been taped off in "CRIME SCENE" tape. WHAT?!? Well I took an upstairs to avoid any problems with break ins- but where theres a will, there's a way. I dont'plan on being there that long, and if I have any problems, my stay will be much shorter, but I do plan to moving to something better. Cause right now, I am ashamed for anyone to come over. They may take one look at the place and then think iss a reflection on me So like I said, it's what you make it, I feel, but I can only reiterate. "Idunno Yet"

I am currently a resident and I must say that these apartments aren't worth $500 monthly for a a run down spot. Of course I keep it looking nice inside but when I have vsitors they are all afraid for sfety because it's always someone trespassing and every other apartment is boarded up and vacant. I can't stand the asst. manager and the manager "jane" she's a pain too but a bit betterr to work with than the silly assistant. Now if we get on maintainance I must say that they are quick fix type of guys not the type that cares or enhoy what they do. None of them wear uniform.<br><br>poor...pooor.pooor customer service!

I have live here at cedar pointe sence it has been under new management and it has been clean up, No more drugs it does needed a paint job out side and some work but it is a good place to live it is very queit

Management does nothing to stop dealing and drug addicts trespassing on proprerty

The managment hardly does anything for the residents. You have to constantly call for maintinance. The secretary is rude. I would like to file a compliant but I don't know how.
