My parents neighbor, who's address is 7556 Elm Street, have a very tall tree with branches hanging very low and are touching the main power line. The line is dropped low and is a fire hazard. My parents are elderly and have my disabled, bedridden brother with them as well. Their bedroom where they all sleep is the closest room to their neighbors.
