The AC has been out for four months and the office has not repaired it now the lights are off due to the tornado so when the lights do come on the air will still be out citizen has been staying with her sponsored so it's not to be in the heat but the lights will be turned on after this is over but we will still have no AC in the unit because management has not tried to repair it
Stated she moved in the apartment in June and has had the bedbugs since. They are in the bedroom they have taken a sample to the office and nothing has been done.
States that the A/C keeps leaking even when its not running causing mold that keeps spreading and management just keeps painting over the mold. As well as when any outlet is used not in the bathroom the lights in the bathroom dim and also the outlets in the living room spark. Management stated they would fix the sparking outlets but the never did.

Tenants partying into the wee hours of the morning with no respect for those who work Monday through Friday. No respect whatsoever.
Two of the apartments have a heavy usage of drug traffic. Feel very unsafe. Gunshots go off weekly. Tenants play their music loud during the week and disturb my sleep and heavy empty bottles of beer and beer cans. Broken bottles.
Management stated plumber came out to resolve issue but it is an city issuse.
There is a lot of broken glass bottles where I park my car at. I feel discrimmated against due to my race. Lots of trash and debris always in the parking area. A lot of drunks and drugs a lot of loitering as well.
Tenants play their music loud and very disrespectful. Lots of loitering around the apartment.
