Complaint. Customer called to complain on city worker who was assigned to her previous case of 2100078840. Did a complaint on that worker and advised customer I will do another report on behalf of the sewer issue. Customer doesnt believe she is responsible, because they have blown the line before.
previous sr#20166466, customer states no one has been out to her location. They have been outside all day and didn't see anyone. please knocked on the door when arrive to location.
