Caller stated coh moved her meter from the back to the front of her property and she stated she had a plumber come out and itÆs not a private leak and has no water pressure inside the home. The water meter has been leaking for a few days now...Caller has been having this issue since last year and nothing has been done and doesn't want to receive high water bills.
