THEY ARE COMING OUT TOMORROW 1/23/19 TO FIX PROBLEM, YET HAVE NO PERMITS. CALLER IS VERY CONCERNED BECAUSE THERE IS A SIGN THAT GAS WILL BE TURNED OFF AND WILL BEGIN WORK AT 6AM.
