The outside of the home has cause rodents such as rats, roaches, and snakes due to the lack of upkeep in the front and back yard. The yard has not been cut in which the grass has began to grow rapidly and unmanageable. There are also puppies being held in the backyard under these horrible conditions. If someone can please have this checked out for the safety of those and their homes in this neighborhood.
