There is an RV on this lot that is surrounded by trash and waste. The person living in the RV on the property has broken the fence and is now spilling over onto the neighbor next door. I47 and I40 on a site visit at 741 Granville Drive for construction without a permit. Upon arrival, the gate is locked and there are ôno trespassing signsö posted. I47 and I40 are on this investigation together due to the previous comments in ILMS which states ôhostile site û send two investigatorsö. I47 and I40 are unable to observe a shed over 200 square feet from the City Right of Way. I47 and I40 researched google map and it appears to be a shed on the property from April of 2014 û see 550 s
