Building Code Violation
The case needs to be reopened, I personally went by and the property today the owner only cut a small section, and stopped, please have inspector, to revisit, and reopen complaint. Please do not close case, until work in clearing, the entire lot(s) easements, and ditches job is completed, The owner is a nuisance, and continually not in compliance with upkept of all properties, they own located in the Settgast area. Please reopen, and recite owner violator. Thank you.
311 Email request: Weed abatement request. Violation location: 7406 E Houston Rd, 77028. Please include, request to cut/clear adjacent ditches. Weeds are so excessive, they are encroaching and are growing into and over city sidewalks preventing safe access for pedestrians, & causing insects such as ants, rats to flourish. Please cite property, please include clearing of any adjacent ditches, which owner continues to not cut
