Had sewer line Snaked by Licensed Plumber, TWICE. Plumber Says problem is at City Main sewer line where my 6 inch line drops to 4 inch connection connecting to city main. Plumber suggested we contacted city. I AM 76 years old and cannot afford an other plumbers bill.Please advice as to my options on this matter.
