Nuisance On Property
Many paints and flooring stain removal chemical are stored at this residential house. The side of the house, the back yard, and the garage are full of open cans, jugs, and make shift containers of highly toxic, flammable, and airborne fume related chemicals.
Owner is in construction and they leave dangerous chemicals on side of house and fill their garage with all kinds of chemicals. They park cars outside because they have so much chemicals on side and in back/rear of house.
Deed restrictions prohibit trashcans to be left in view other than on pick up dates
This property has repeatedly been reported yet DON does not actually visit location. You can tell the renters have concreted the front yard and park on pad, yet they drive across yard which crushes underground plumbing. You can see on both side and at rear of house there are oil cans, epoxy resins, and many other chemical containers in plain site. And the yard is generally full of nuisance on property that should be ticketed, fined and made to be cleaned up.
