Continuous problem. Trash all in the yard and in the back. Huge possums come from the house. Neighbors are having wood rats that are coming from the trashed out house. They continue to block the street with transportation of junk from the house. This problem has continued for a couple of years. If not resolved, the neighbors will go to City Council.
