If you looking for thugs , immoral , dishonest , unethical ,unprofessional shady management , both levels, on site manager ( Bianca Munoz) ,and corporate level (excel residential ) then champion forest is the perfect place , i lived there for 5 years , the first four were ok but once excel residential took over the last year and they hired the externally incompetent morally questionable Bianca and things went down hill , from loosing your checks and then turn around and trying to charge extra to towing your car illegally (i took them to court and won ) and much more , she even pushed out the only maintenance guy that used to work and a lot more of horrible practices and when you complain to their corporate office you will get the same sample of people as her , i included a link to the indeed website showing what previous employees think of this sorry excuse for a company i will keep updating this review of whatever i find on them online , my ultimate goal is to expose them for who really are and feel it's my social responsibility to warn my fellow humans and advise them to learn from my really bad experience

Recently moved here in January in one of the upgraded units! I love it! It's a quiet, small complex in a great location! Would definitely recommend this property! The staff is great and has met all my needs.

This place really works hard to make you feel at home would definitely recommend! I have lived here for 3 years now and give this place a 8+ rating. Staff is easy to work with (if needed) Grounds and pool are well kept and the complex is great for animals. Neighbors are friendly and courteous to your needs.

I had a great experience with this apartment complex. Ladies at the leasing office very helpful and sweet. But the best part is a maintenance team. I was satisfied when work order was done during 24 hours and surprised that they have checked on other things that I haven't even asked about.

STAY FAR AWAY!!!! ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES! EVERYWHERE IS ROACHES! Don't let the great prices get you. It's not called champion forest for nothing you definitely will be living in the wildlife of a forest. The roaches don't give no ---- they will walk through the front door with you. Oh and you will get robbed if you have nice things so be sure to get an alarm I you do decide yo make one of the biggest mistakes of your life by signing a lease here. Management is alright I guess. It's been several times I can't get into my house because of lizards or whatever the ---- they are. I can not wait to move out of here it's terrible can't even cook in my kitchen the roaches think you're their personal chef. What kinda ----? And don't ask them to spray for you cause that brings more roaches so do yourself a favor get your own roach spray not raid either they drink that. JUST PLEASE STAY AWAY. I tried to warn you.

Very good office staff, immediate maintenance on hand neighborhood friendly, great gated access, very nice place good apartments just don't like the stray cats lurking love very good experience overall. No complaints on my end. Everything good

I have been a resident going on 3 years now and am very satisfied with the quality of life I have been able to reach here at the Champions management team superb interpersonal skills would love for mgr and assistant to recieve thier well deserved kudos, Mr. Mike and new maintenance team hats off never have had a situation that was not resolved in a timely manner and always very courteous and polite very neighborly. Just feels like home when I get there in the evening safety has never been an issue have always felt safe and secure. Thanks for the sense of security. Glad to know almost all requests have been taken care of by a phone call. My grandson will be graduating in 2 months fron Klein Forest High Whoo! Whoo! Thankful to have been able to provide for him the stable foundation that I found here at the Champions will be glad to share experiene with other family members and friends, co-workers etc. Looking forward to the updates and changes that are up and coming into the very near future as far exterior cosmectics changing color schemes every thing the newsletter informed us of.

this place is infested with roaches and you can never find a place to park near your apartment if you can find a place to park at all management is horrible never do anything about anything you ask them to when you ask maintenance to come to fix something it takes at least 2 weeks my AC went out and I had to wait 3 weeks to get a new air conditioner because their accounts were backed up or something like that keep in mind this was during the summer and there was no compensation for me having to sit in my apartment that I'm paying for in the heat is always kids screaming at the pool to you can hear thming from inside your living room supposed to close at 10 o'clock but that you normally never happens and they keep you up all night 10 o'clock is kind of late for the pool to close during the workweek anyway

Manager is nice and friendly... Security is helpful...I witness security change a flat tire of a resident... good clean neighborhood to live in...

Becareful when you guys rent on the 1st floor because the next door on the 2nd floor that have a small kids living. They're always allow their child to jump and making noise while you guy sleeping or at weekend. I had compliant to the manager, but they said thay can do nothing (bad response). After compliant the next keep making the noise even more and the manager do nothing. Bad service. Parking lot not enough for vehicle of the resident. The safety not really safe cause sometime they open the gate for 2 or 3 days without closing and when a striange vehicle can't get in because of incorrect or don't know the passcord. Manager told their kid to open or tell them the passcord to get in. My uncle he left apt with no body stay than the manager lock in the door and fixing stuff without giving notice. I cant get contact with owner or office cause the office for this apartment was with the woman manager that cant speak english well only let her kid or husband to talk with us. When need fixing stuff always delay till weekend or 2 or 3 days and not giving response to know when. Told this day but never show up. It not good for living if we have a time job different from the next door. The owner wont be able to contact cause no number or any information even the office location.
