Dear Nuisance On PropertyI have called this office (3) times about the shack and (6) large dogs outside along with not kept outside dogs in the street and. (1) little one inside. they bark sometime two-three hours at night.. A (garage size (shack)that is nestle on the fence. Neighbor built building flushalong beside the fence. He brings (all kinds of "JUNK") and piles it up in there. First time I called (1) man, from the city came and sat in the car, on the other side of the street. He talked to
shed on the side of the back yard with junk and the junk is leaning of the neighbors fence, this is causing rodants. Caller wants to be contacted by inspector.

A structure was erected and presumably not to code. The citizen states it is some sort of canopy made of tin. The reason for the report is because the water from the roof comes off in her yard instead of draining into the builders yard.
