leak is still prevalent, gary hickman was the inspector and stated that a team would be out to repair leak and previous cases were closed

Dogs are always barking and out in all types of inclimate weather. Cars pull up and leave and there is always a distinct smell of marijuana in the air. The backyard has old appliances which can be hazardous to the surrounding neighbors. The house has rotted wood and cardboard for insulation. Rotten wood is around the fence line and the trees in both the front and back yard are overgrown.
