The staircases leading to second floor units are unstable and not appropriately maintained by the condo association board, nor the property management company, despite repeated requests. For example, plywood is holding up concrete staircases in the back of building 4 and 6, and you can feel the stairs shaking when going up one set of stairs in Building 10.
