The owners of 725 Allston Street and/or 731 Allston Street, Houston, TX 77007 appear to be operating unpermitted lodging facilities and/or committing other housing violations by having numerous individuals live in one or more buildings behind the primary residences. The residents of Allston Street are growing more and more concerned with the goings on at 725 Allston Street and 731 Allston Street, especially since a homicide by gunshot was just reported at 725 Allston Street last week.
CALLER STATED THAT AT ABOVE ADDRESS THE OWNER IS ALWAYS PLACING MATERIALS OUT AT THE CURB, BUILDING MATERIALS AND BEEN THERE FOR AT LEAST TWO MONTHS.
