Sewer cleanout cap is missing causing potential safety hazard 7308 Wileyvale
Per Vickie Jones- I have witnessed these two exposed sewer hubs as a hazard. Pets trapped , flushed away, intermittent odor is horrible, not to mention the bacteria I breathe. This is also a tripping hazard for a child fetching a toy. This is right outside my driveway. 311 claimed an inspection was done with no barricade, explanation, or ownership. Please Help.Vickie Jones 832-271-2525
