Reference Case No. 2200358883. The case notes state "sidewalk do not continue no violation". However, per HoustonÆs ordinances, the junk vehicle need only "be visible from a public place or public right-of-way." The broken-down grey Nissan Altima is clearly visible from Allston Street (just a few feet from the street, in fact). How could this not be a violation?
I would like to report a junk motor vehicle located at 725 Allston Street, Houston, TX 77007. It is a gray Nissan Altima, I believe, that has not moved from the front of the property since February 2021 (but presumably been there much longer). A screenshot from Google Maps (Feb. 2021) is attached.
