I just moved in last month and at first things werent the way I wanted but it only took one time for me to inform Kathy what was going on along with the manager to get it done. So yes I do love my new apartment home,It came with Full sized washer and dryer at no additional cost! Which is a blessing for me and my children. I first heard about this place thru another resident I have bad credit and an old eviction and was told that that they have a 2nd chance program which was awesome I met Kathy and she only took a few mins to get me approved. I live in a 2*2 my rent is 645.00 that includes WD connection we do have a free covered parking space which is very close to my apartment, We also have security although he does think he's Robo cop but really means no harm but does handle business. There are some bad and good here but on a daily i see things getting more and more better. Im currently a resident and plan on reviewing

I GOT SICK IMMEDIATELY AFTER MOVING IN HERE!! MOLD IN THE KITCHEN AND BLOWING THRU THE AC UNITS!! BLACK MOLD!! VERY LOUD AND UNCLEAN!! ------!! OFFICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY LIE!!! GET EVERYTHING THEY SAY IN WRITING!! THERE IS ASSIGNED PARKING BUT THEY WILL ASSIGN YOUR SPOT TO MORE THAN ONE UNIT AND CAUSE CHAOS BETWEEN THE TENANTS. NO PRIVACY, VERY LOUD!! HAD TO CALL POLICE AND SECURITY FOR ROWDINESS OVER 5 TIMES IN A 2 MONTH PERIOD!! PEOPLE WERE SHOOTING AT 10AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING!! MANAGER LIVES RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF THE CHAOS BUT WILL NOT ENFORCE PROPERTY RULES!! MAINTENANCE CAME TO FIX THE CRAPPY PLACE WHILE I WAS AT WORK AND LEFT MY HOUSE WIDE OPEN, AND A HORRENDOUS MESS IN MY BATHROOM AND RUINED MY CARPET!!

I have not had hot water since i've moved into these apartments in March 2011. Tomorrow will be June and I still don't have any hot water.. the leasing agents as well as the property and regional managers are the worst people i have ever encountered in a life time.. they're rude, they don't know how to be professional if their lives depended on it.. if anyone is thinking about living over here please take your money and RUNNNNNN i promise -there are alot of other apartments to consider..if I was on section 8 and my rent was to be $1 I still wouldnt live in Regency Square!! . the WORST apartments in history!!

drug activities, roaches, bad management maintenance guys coming into your apartment to take things u name, believe me they dont fix water leaks properly and before u know it u have molds, happened to me.

I just moved in and got a great special. My first week here there was a function for the residents and I met many nice people. The staff was great and welcomed me as if I had been living here for years!
